We're sorry to see you go. You can deactivate your UrMedz consumer account directly from the mobile app in a few taps. Account deactivation is permanent — your profile, order history, and saved preferences will be removed and cannot be recovered.
Steps to deactivate your account
- Open the UrMedz app on your phone.
- Tap your profile icon at the bottom-right corner to open the menu.
- Select the three dots next to the "Log Out" button.
- Tap "Deactivate" to proceed with deleting your account.
- Confirm the action when prompted. Your account will be queued for deletion immediately.
What happens after deactivation
Your profile, address book, saved prescriptions, and order history will be permanently removed from our active systems within seven business days.
Anonymised transaction records are retained for the period required by Indian pharmaceutical and tax regulations. These records cannot be linked back to your identity once deactivation is complete.
You will stop receiving any communications from UrMedz once deactivation is processed.
